Hyatt House San Jose Airport in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to handle check-ins/outs, secure payments, verify billing, and assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, timely manner.

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $22 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
