Job Summary

Performs sales and customer service functions related to guest registrations, reservations, and revenue collections, ensuring Chartwell Hospitality guests receive a safe and secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Perform the functions of the front desk including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, answering telephone calls, and providing wake-up calls.
  2. Display a positive, upbeat attitude and provide information concerning the hotel, facilities, functions, and their locations.
  3. Familiarity with property security and key control procedures, as well as fire safety procedures.
  4. Complete paperwork necessary for front desk operations.
  5. Perform tasks assigned by the Guest Service Manager or General Manager.

  1. Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Adaptability.

  4. Guest relation skills.
Formal Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements
