AKA Times Square seeks a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and residents, handling registrations, reservations, and information on suites, rates, and amenities. You will aim to create a pleasant, memorable stay and support a high level of hospitality across the property.

The ideal candidate offers 1–2 years of guest service experience, strong English communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Guest Service experience preferred.

• Proficiency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Register residents, manage reservations and provide information about suites, rates and amenities.
• Complete daily shift reports.
• Coordinate resident move-in and move-out materials.
• Introduce property services and amenities to new arrivals and follow up after settling in.
• Answer outside phone calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Call, confirm and customize all resident reservation requests to exceed expectations during stay.
• Maintain resident confidence by sustaining service levels and encouraging repeat visits.
• Other duties as assigned.

AKA Times Square is looking for a Guest Services Agent to serve as our guests and residents first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

TheGuest Services Agentresponsibilities include registering residents, managing reservations and providing information about suites, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hospitality industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our residents.

Team Member Requirements:

• Function as a representative of the Korman culture and standards to all Team Members and our residents.
• Maintains regular attendance in compliance with the AKA standards.
• Approach all encounters with residents and Team Members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Promotes a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
• Maintains Resident/guest privacy and confidentiality by protecting all personal information.
• Team Member should have intimate knowledge of surrounding area including but not limited to: restaurants, retail, arts, cultural activities, etc.
• Familiar with emergency and safety procedures for your position.

Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Skills Needed: Motivational, verbal communication, written communication and manageability.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Sits, stands, bends, stretches, lifts items and moves intermittently during working hours.
