Welcome, greet, and assist guests throughout their stay with friendly and professional service.
Manage guest information, assign rooms, distribute keys, and process guest requests.
Answer questions and provide helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.
Handle guest concerns and requests promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow TEAM members.
Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures and standards.
Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Previous Front Desk experience in a branded or luxury hotel environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right customer service professional with a desire to grow.
Strong computer and software skills; experience with Microsoft Office and hotel platforms such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus.
Excellent communication and listening skills, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
Fluent English required; additional languages preferred. Spanish is highly desired.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to understand and communicate technical or professional information.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
