Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - North Shore Conference Center is seeking a Guest Service Agent who is charismatic, guest-focused, and ready to help create memorable stays. You will be one of the first friendly faces guests meet, greeting arrivals and assisting with their needs.

You’ll work with a TEAM that values growth and training, with opportunities to advance and develop hospitality skills. Spanish-speaking is a plus, and flexibility including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Hospitality or front desk experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Comfortable learning technology and hotel systems.
• Ability to work independently while being a TEAM player.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Spanish-speaking skills are highly desired.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour
