Description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north end of Myrtle Beach. It is located less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a 20-minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. This resort includes the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms, offering many opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel operations, scheduled daily activities, and room products.
• Follow all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Answer calls within 3 rings, using proper salutations and etiquette.
• Identify callers' needs through open-ended questions.
• Describe room accommodations and amenities.
• Handle special requests and document them according to hotel procedures.
• Access and update guest history records to provide personalized service.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage assigned bank and ensure the security of contracted monies.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments, such as special requests or amenities.
• Present the folio to guests and resolve any disputed charges.
• Assist departments and management with information regarding groups, inventory, and guest data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

This is a full-time 2nd shift position working at the Hilton Resort, Myrtle Beach. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
