Aloft Knoxville West is seeking dependable, energetic Hotel Housekeepers and Room Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain guest rooms and public spaces.
• Ensure rooms meet hotel quality and cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly.
