Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
  2. Greet guests with a smile, maintain eye contact, and welcome them promptly.
  3. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  4. Solicit feedback from guests to improve service quality.
  5. Register guests, verify reservations, and process payments during check-in and check-out.
  6. Manage cash, deposits, and currency exchange accurately.
  7. Handle safety deposit boxes, miscellaneous charges, and VIP guest information.
  8. Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  9. Answer phone calls courteously and assist with reservations and inquiries.
  10. Assist with luggage, shuttle service, and local area information.
  11. Manage messages, wake-up calls, mail, and faxes.
  12. Support laundry and dry cleaning services for guests.
  13. Follow all standard operating procedures and demonstrate effective selling techniques.
  14. Promote hotel amenities and upgrades to increase revenue.
  15. Ensure accurate reservation details and proper billing procedures.
  16. Complete shift reports and adhere to cash handling policies.
  17. Stay informed about hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
  18. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel security.
  19. Book reservations and communicate effectively with all departments.
  20. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  21. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  22. Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager and adhere to company policies.
