Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Greet guests with a smile, maintain eye contact, and welcome them promptly.

- Answer phone calls courteously and assist with reservations and inquiries.
- Assist with luggage, shuttle service, and local area information.
- Manage messages, wake-up calls, mail, and faxes.
- Support laundry and dry cleaning services for guests.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and demonstrate effective selling techniques.
- Promote hotel amenities and upgrades to increase revenue.
- Ensure accurate reservation details and proper billing procedures.
- Complete shift reports and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Stay informed about hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel security.
- Book reservations and communicate effectively with all departments.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager and adhere to company policies.
