Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Desk Team! This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 food & beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – availability required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and ensuring exceptional service and profitability. Key tasks:

  • Greet guests, complete registration, input and retrieve information from the computer, confirm guest details and room rates, assign rooms, code electronic keys, promote marketing programs, provide welcome packets, and assist with room location or bell service.
  • Assist with check-out, ensuring accurate billing, processing payments, handling foreign currency, and managing gift certificates and cards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area information, to answer guest inquiries.
  • Use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive, relay, and manage guest messages.
