Responsibilities:
  1. Attending to guests’ needs and requests.
  2. Completing guest reservations.
  3. Checking guests in/out.
  4. Clarify and provide information.
  5. Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
  6. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  2. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Good communication and listening skills.
  4. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
