Tharaldson Hospitality Management LLC is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Las Vegas Homewood Suites by Hilton. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, answer calls, and maintain a professional front desk presence to create a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• A friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills. Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
