Largo Staybridge Suites by IHG is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, and manage guest requests. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accurate records, and teamwork in a hotel setting. Excellent customer service and communication are required.

• Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
