It is an independent hotel with 285 elegantly appointed rooms and luxury suites. Sophisticated travelers stay here for its personal service and exceptional amenities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Manage guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Operate PBX equipment, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and manage wake-up calls.
• Provide information and recommend area restaurants, theaters, community events, and activities.
• Provide directions to hotel facilities or events.
• Resolve and follow up on customer complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have a strong history of high-end customer service experience. Candidates must be guest-focused with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, follow-through, multitasking, and the ability to work at a fast pace are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior customer service experience.
• Previous guest services experience within a hotel is required.
• Graduate of Hotel School or college degree is highly desirable.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Opera experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of guest and hotel services, policies, and operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Energetic, upbeat, and team-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
