Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings and varied shifts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Open/close operations and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms.
