EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Vero Beach, FL, responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales targets.

This role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14-$15, plus up to $1,600 in annual commissions, and a variety of benefits such as complimentary waxing services and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Exposure to luxury service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals.
• Educate guests on product and service recommendations.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and services.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment within the center.
