Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama's Gulf Coast is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer. You will protect guests, associates, and the property through patrols, surveillance, and incident reporting, while upholding exceptional service standards.

You will collaborate with local emergency services, enforce access controls, and help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere with proactive security measures and friendly guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to monitor premises and identify safety hazards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel property and identify safety hazards.
• Operate surveillance systems to monitor for security breaches.
• Maintain a visible security presence and assist guests and staff as needed.
• Manage access control to restricted areas and ensure proper protocols.
• Develop and communicate incident response procedures to staff.
