Job summary

StepStone Hospitality is seeking an Administration/Housekeeping candidate to support daily operations in the hotel. Responsibilities include starting shifts with key handoffs, cleaning and stocking rooms, and reporting missing items or repairs to supervisors.

Must maintain safety standards and professional conduct. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow hotel policies and participate in required meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires comprehensive knowledge of English for effective communication with guests, associates and vendors.
• Ability to report information accurately and follow safety training for proper health and lifting techniques.
• Ability to scrupulously follow StepStone and hotel policies and attend required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Report to Housekeeping Office at shift start; pick up and sign out key; return key at end of shift.
• Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, light checks, and stocking supplies.
• Report missing items and any repairs to supervisor; protect guest safety and maintain equipment.
• Respond to safety and security requirements; ensure doors are closed during cleaning; manage lost and found items.
