Job summary

The Hotel Houseman is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeper to ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas, stock amenities, and maintain hotel standards. You will clean lobby, bathrooms, and breakfast room, dust, vacuum, and manage supplies while upholding safety and guest satisfaction.

You will follow procedures, assist in inventory, report defects, and collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service. Prior hospitality experience preferred; punctuality and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and hotel standards.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet brand standards.
• Clean lobby and breakfast room; dust and vacuum.
• Sanitize bathrooms and remove trash.
• Manage supplies and linens; keep storage organized.
• Inspect equipment and ensure readiness for service.
• Assist with inventory of rooms, supplies, and amenities.
• Promote sanitation, safety and guest services.
• Report defects and observe guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to guest services through teamwork.
