Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector (Supervisor) in Hope Hull, AL to supervise floors and inspect rooms before turning them occupied or vacant in the property management system. The role focuses on training staff and ensuring cleanliness standards are met at all times.

You will coordinate daily activities, manage inventory, and work closely with the Front Office to guarantee guest satisfaction and uphold brand quality across the property.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and staffing.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Train and coach housekeeping team members.
• Prepare weekly inventory and manage supplies.
• Maintain safety and security policies for the department.
• Communicate room status to the front desk.
