LBA Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Inspector to monitor cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and to ensure the service quality of the Housekeeping team. You will work within budgetary guidelines while safeguarding guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping activities, supervising staff, maintaining logs, and assisting with inventories. You will handle guest requests, follow safety procedures, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping Team; manage break times and clock-in/out.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and secure; maintain key control.
• Assist with monthly inventories, proper ordering, receiving and maintenance of supplies.
• Prepare vacant rooms to be guest ready and restore occupied rooms to clean status promptly.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists; report discrepancies to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness of associate areas and public spaces; respond to guest requests.
• Know emergency procedures and safety needs of guests and staff; maintain professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
