Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Inspector to help ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas while maintaining friendly, attentive service. The role operates within established labor and budget guidelines and supports the housekeeping team in delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The position requires hands-on work at the hotel, ability to supervise staff techniques, and strict adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping team activities including break schedules, assignments, room checks, and timely clock-in/out.
• Maintain key control and safety procedures for guests and associates.
• Assist with monthly inventories, ordering, receiving and supplies maintenance.
• Prepare vacant rooms for guest readiness and restore occupied rooms to clean status within brand standards.
• Follow all cleaning procedures outlined in the training and on the training checklist.
• Report discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Support maintenance of other hotel areas to keep them clean and orderly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Understand and implement emergency procedures for guest safety and security.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
