Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Inspector to help ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and to contribute to guest satisfaction through friendly, attentive service. The role involves enforcing brand standards, supervising tasks, and assisting in daily housekeeping operations.

The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work as part of a team in a hotel environment while adhering to safety and security procedures and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds unassisted and lift/carry 30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping Team.
• Maintain logs and inventories as scheduled.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
• Follow all cleaning procedures outlined in the housekeeping training.
