Job summary

HHM Hotels in Orlando is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation meet HHM and brand standards. You will support the housekeeping team by maintaining quality standards and coaching associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing supplies, supervising staff, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that supplies, amenities, and linens are stocked and arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to uphold HHM standards and guest service.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens and equipment to associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department and follow up.
