Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities.
• Honesty and trustworthiness are essential; security clearances may be required.
• Ability to learn and use hotel computer systems such as Quore, Hotel Effectiveness, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain guest privacy and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating housekeeping activities, including break schedules and room checks.
• Ensure safety and security: key control and proper handling of guest property.
• Assist with inventories and maintenance of supplies.
• Prepare rooms to guest-ready status within brand standards and timelines.
• Follow cleaning procedures and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
