Job summary

Zenith Management Company is seeking a Floor Inspector to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and corridors meet cleanliness standards. You will assist Housekeepers and report equipment issues to the Building Manager or Housekeeping Executive to maintain a comfortable guest experience.

Must be able to work in a standing position most of the shift, lift up to 30 pounds, and follow Edgewater housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness.
• Assist Housekeepers as needed to maintain standards.
• Report equipment issues to Building Manager or Housekeeping Executive.
• Verify room status and cleanliness at check-outs and vacancies.
• Maintain knowledge of fire/CO alarms and evacuation procedures.
• Keep rooms and closets organized; follow Edgewater standards.
• Adhere to company standards and protect confidential information.
