Job summary

Gale Hotel Miami is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. You will greet guests, change linens, restock supplies, and maintain spotless corridors and public areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts. English and Spanish language skills are preferred to communicate with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of housekeeping or room attendant experience.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace towels and bathroom amenities.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash and ashtrays.
• Restock minibar beverages and food.
• Clean public areas such as corridors.
• Report maintenance needs.
• Update room status on assignment sheet.
• Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.
• Follow hotel security guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
