Job summary

Think Hospitality in Miami Beach seeks a friendly hotel housekeeping associate to maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to company standards. You will service rooms, replenish amenities, replace linens, and report maintenance needs while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

You will work with lobby and PM attendants, sign for room keys, restock carts, and keep areas neat. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, working days/evenings/weekends, and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal) and respect for diversity.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Replace unused amenities and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
• Perform cleaning including bathrooms, floors, and surfaces.
• Assist PM attendants with beds and linens and replace supplies.
• Empty trash and restock heavy cart.
• Sign for room keys and restock carts.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and sign off on completion.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Report suspicious persons or hazards to Safety/Security.
• Provide general guest safety guidance and cross-train as needed.
