Job summary

South Beach Group Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to support our housekeeping team in Miami Beach. You will clean guest rooms daily, restock supplies, handle linen exchange, and maintain a neat, welcoming environment for guests.

Requires at least 1 year of housekeeping and hospitality experience, ability to work independently, and basic English. This is a full-time, on-site role with shifts including weekends; strong teamwork and guest-oriented service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
• High School education preferred.
• Able to speak and understand basic English.
• Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Completes all checklists as assigned.
• Maintains supply cart and vacuum cleaner to maximize efficiency and neat appearance.
• Cleans guest rooms daily according to standards.
• Removes soiled linens and replaces with clean ones.
• Replenishes supplies and promotional materials as needed.
• Promotes hotel services and provides guests with information and directions.
