South Beach Group Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas across our properties. You will follow established policies to clean, stock, and prepare rooms for guests, ensuring comfort and safety with attention to detail.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and clear English communication with guests and team members.

Formación

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with guests and staff
• Must be able to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Work a flexible schedule AM/PM, weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; vacuum, mop, polish floors; wash windows and clean carpets
• Stock supplies on carts with linens, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment
• Sort damaged linen for re-washing and return to Laundry
• Clean guest rooms daily per policies and standards
• Replace soiled linens with fresh ones
• Collect, clean and restock glassware, stemware, and cutlery
• Deliver dirty linen to Laundry basement for pickup
• Demonstrate teamwork by coordinating with colleagues and assisting as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

1 year hotel experience preferred
