Responsibilities

• Treat guests with courtesy and promote a great guest experience.
• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas to standard.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues and guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist guests with reasonable requests whenever possible.
• Follow safety and security policies and complete required trainings.
