Extended Stay America in Columbus, OH, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms to our standards, ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest. You will maintain carts, assist with guest requests, and uphold safety policies while supporting hotel operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience and associates.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property found in check-out rooms to management.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation when possible.
• Follows all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
