Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines. The role promotes guest satisfaction through attentive service and adherence to procedures. Videos are available for English and Spanish perspectives.

Responsibilities include maintaining carts and laundry areas, reporting issues, and supporting guest requests when feasible. Ability to travel within reasonable geography may be required, with a focus on safety and training completion.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard while in use.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists and accommodates guest requests whenever possible and practical.
