Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and maintain all housekeeping areas in alignment with company standards. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety and timely service, with opportunities to assist guests and respond to requests.

The position involves following procedures, reporting issues to management, and participating in training. Regular duties include cleaning rooms, stocking supplies, and supporting hotel operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed per directions.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property in checkout rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodates requests when possible.
