Qualifications

• Cleans guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Provides courteous service and assists guests when possible.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards and procedures.
• Stocks and maintains housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Alerts front desk about any remaining guest property in check‑out rooms.
• Adheres to all safety and security policies.
• Completes mandatory Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as directed.
