Job summary

Extended Stay Hotels is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with our standards, maintain carts and laundry areas, and assist with guest requests.

You will report maintenance issues, ensure guest property is handled properly, and complete safety policies along with required training. This role requires mobility around the hotel and attention to cleanliness across areas.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines; communicate effectively with manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, meet time objectives and productivity standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Returns any remaining guest property in a checkout room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodates reasonable requests when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes Extended Stay University training.
