Job summary

Arizona Charlie's - Decatur is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and enhance the guest experience. You will clean and restock rooms, ensure a sanitized and welcoming environment, and contribute to the property's reputation for quality service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in hospitality or cleaning, can follow instructions in a fast-paced setting, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to department standards, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Report and replace any missing or damaged items and furniture.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls as applicable.
