Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
  • Greet and seat guests promptly, while communicating server assignments and handling special requests or VIP arrivals.
  • Manage reservations through OpenTable, updating availability and ensuring accuracy in bookings.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout service and respond in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and surrounding areas, ensuring appropriate supply levels for the station.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
