Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for Residence Inn Lynnwood in Lynnwood, WA. This role maintains clean guestrooms and delivers attentive service to guests, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

The position is hourly, full-time, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, reporting issues, and upholding standards to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties (guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen) for cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
