Responsibilities include thorough room cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance and missing items promptly. The job requires physical stamina and strong communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and prepare supplies for housekeeping cart.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day's use and replenish chemicals.
• Report missing items from rooms to supervisor/manager.
• Report maintenance repairs as needed.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Strive to ensure guest satisfaction.
