Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for Residence Inn Cherry Hill, NJ. The role focuses on cleaning guestrooms to high standards and supporting guest satisfaction. Staff perform pre-cleaning tasks, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness in hallways and public areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
