Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms at Residence Inn Atlanta Gwinnett in Duluth, GA. The role delivers attentive, courteous service and supports daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to standards, restocking carts, reporting maintenance issues, and keeping public areas tidy. The position offers an hourly compensation and a benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently or constantly.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
