Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and bathrooms to the brand's high standards. You will replace linens, report issues, and keep carts organized while delivering friendly, attentive service that enhances the guest experience.

The role emphasizes reliability, precision, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within a luxury hotel environment and participate in ongoing training and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior cleaning or hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensure supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergencies.
• Regular attendance as per standards.
• May work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
