Job summary

Loews Coral Gables Hotel in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a dedicated dining service teammate to support servers, greet guests, and maintain a clean dining environment. You will help with stocking, delivering water and beverages, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively during shift.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas.
• Inspects and prepares all service ware prior to use.
• Clears soiled plates and service ware from tables to dish wash area.
• Cleans and pre-sets tables with all service ware.
• Greets guests and assists Server with water and beverages.
• Removes unneeded place settings from occupied tables.
• Carries trays of food from kitchen to table.
• May assist Server in presentation of meals for large parties and heavy volume.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas.
• Assists in completion of post meal clean up and side work duties.
