Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant dedicated to creating spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests. You will cleanse rooms to our standards, replace linens and amenities, and report any issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You are organized, reliable, and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs while maintaining a professional appearance. A friendly demeanor and readiness to work flexible schedules complete the profile.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or resort environment experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to standards.
• Replace linens and amenities; report maintenance issues.
• Organize cleaning carts and supplies; ensure proper stock.
• Report lost items and any irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols for chemical use and emergencies.
• May work varying schedules and attend mandatory trainings.
