Job summary

ESA Management, LLC operates Extended Stay Hotel locations and is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold high cleanliness and guest service standards. The role focuses on cleaning guest rooms, maintaining carts and laundry areas, and supporting other hotel areas as needed.

The successful candidate will follow company guidelines, report issues promptly, and complete required training to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions, policies and guidelines and communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Understand and adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas (breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, common areas).
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness and performs other duties as assigned.
