Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms, maintain hallways and public areas, and assist with overall hotel cleanliness in Birmingham, AL. You will stock supplies, perform routine maintenance checks, and support team operations while delivering friendly service to guests.

Ideal candidates will have basic English, be able to work flexible shifts, and demonstrate strong customer service skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas including corridors and restrooms.

• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and used items.
• Maintain organization of supply room and carts.
• Greet guests and assist with requests in a timely manner.
