Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and assist with hallway and public area cleanliness. You will stock supplies, report maintenance needs, and ensure guest comfort and safety while delivering friendly, professional service.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, a high school education, and prior housekeeping exposure are valued. Our team fosters collaboration, reliability, and a guest-centric approach across properties.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional communication.
• High school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and assist with cleanliness of guest floors, hallways and public areas.
• Restock supplies and replenish bathroom items.
• Report maintenance needs through proper channels.
• Ensure room inspections meet quality standards (score 90% or higher).
• Provide friendly greeting and exceptional customer service to guests.
• Maintain organized supply room and stocking of carts.
