Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to support our hotel operations in Montgomery, AL. You will clean guest rooms daily, restock supplies, sanitize bathrooms, and maintain cleanliness across corridors and public areas.

We value excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts. A high school diploma and basic English are preferred, with uniforms provided and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Ability to follow simple instructions in standardized situations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
• Cleans rooms daily including beds, bathrooms, and dusting.
• Replenishes supplies and cleans corridors.
• Operates and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Reports maintenance issues to the maintenance department.
• Ensures proper uniform is worn and room inspections meet 90% standard.
