Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to contribute to our guest experience by maintaining clean, well-organized rooms and public spaces at our Alabama properties. You will handle linens, bed making, bathroom cleaning, and supply replenishment with attention to detail.

The role requires reliable teamwork, excellent customer service, and the ability to work flexible shifts to meet hotel needs. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not mandatory; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, counts, folds, and carries linens and supplies.
• Cleans multiple rooms daily including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces.
• Replenishes supplies and cleans fixtures and furnishings.
• Cleans corridors, stairways, and common areas.
• Removes waste and maintains clean supply areas.
• Reports maintenance issues through proper channels.
