Shaner Group in Hershey, PA is seeking a hotel room attendant to maintain guest room cleanliness and safety standards. You will clean rooms by category, report maintenance issues, and assist guests with requests while upholding confidentiality and security of all rooms.

Responsibilities include weekend/holiday shifts, following safety rules, and restocking carts. Previous cleaning experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
